Administrative Process Specialist



Provide administrative support for IAS's accreditation programs. The individual will provide general administrative support relating to the operations of IAS, records management, event coordination, process reimbursement, and customer support. In addition, the individual will perform a variety of general office duties.

To effectively execute this job functions, ideal candidate will possess excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn, and work as a team is critical.



The individual in this role, as directed by other managerial, technical and administrative personnel, is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Provide skilled office services in the writing of correspondence, reports, technical documents, presentations, meeting and marketing materials;
  • Back-up on phones for screening and directing calls, taking and relaying messages, transferring calls within the company, provide information to callers, etc.;
  • Support accreditation program managers with documentation and records processing;
  • Coordinating IAS' assessment schedules with technical personnel and compile records for decision-making;
  • Provide support towards reimbursement claims from staff and contractors and provide support on customer invoicing quotes, etc.;
  • Maintain, Organize and Archive records in accordance with IAS Management System;
  • Collect and organize data for analysis and reporting purposes;
  • Provide administrative support for event planning, corporate travel, accommodation booking, meeting logistical arrangement and conference support;
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meeting support, as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor(s);



Minimum qualifications typically include three years of progressively responsible experience in administrative support, accounting, or customer service. High-school diploma or higher qualification is necessary. College-level preparation would be advantageous. College-level education may be used in place of the work experience requirement. Individual must demonstrate a firm base of reporting skills, administrative writing skills, Microsoft Office skills, organization, professionalism, problem solving, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and work cooperatively with individuals at all organizational levels. Willingness to learn new software is essential.
